The Muscle IQ test was designed by Jeff Nippard. He is a natural professional bodybuilder who shares advice and training programs on his Youtube channel. In one of his videos, he reviewed the muscle IQ test results and explained the correct answers to each question.
The test itself is quick to answer, and you have up to 30 minutes to click on the answers.
The test is divided into 3 categories: easy, medium and difficult questions.
An example of a simple question is “Do you need to train for muscle failure to stimulate hypertrophy?” »The answers being either Yes or No.
One of the tough questions he asked was “Which of the following activities has been shown to significantly reduce muscle protein synthesis?” With four options to choose from.
