GMB viewers slam model’s IQ test date requirement

Good Morning Britain viewers have taken issue with the ‘controversial views’ of a special guest who gives her dates an IQ test to find their perfect partner.

Only Fans model Candice Kloss appeared on the ITV show today (May 11) where she shocked presenters Richard Madeley and Susanna Reid with her unusual request. She revealed that she takes an IQ test on her dates, saying a score of 110 is acceptable.

Anyone who has a score that’s deemed unacceptable won’t get a date, Candice revealed, whether or not she’s attracted to them. The model told the ITV show that she hasn’t failed yet but is trying to make the test “seem like fun”.

The model, who has 106,000 Instagram followers, said she didn’t want to “waste her time” with “idiots”. She added: “I try to make it fun, like one of my friends takes a personality test on his dates, which is kind of funny, like are you introverted or extroverted? So I try to pass it like that. Testing is fun.”

However, this was not well received by viewers, who shared their disagreement on Twitter. One person wrote: “You can’t judge someone on their IQ. Try loyalty, commitment, fidelity, trust and someone who stands by you through good times or bad. C is where you found a needle in a haystack.”

Another said: “I read about this recently and can’t help but think Candice is missing something! Her perfect man may have less intellectual intelligence but could be much more mature (and less judgmental) .A psychopath can be and often are very intelligent, not ideal, there’s a lot more to people.”

A third wrote: “People with a learning disability like me have the right to date just like anyone else. I’m a person with a learning disability and I’m married. A lower IQ shouldn’t be a factor in dating.”
